Yoga Classes 6 week course £48 (run consecutively)

This is a 6 week course of 1 Yoga class per week for 6 weeks, running consecutively.
I offer Hatha style Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga in the traditional Mysore style.
Classes are mixed abilities and are suitable for complete beginners up to advancing students. The Ashtanga Yoga classes may not be suitable if you have any existing physical conditions, but please contact me to discuss.
All classes need to be pre-booked as we only have 12 students per class, to allow all students to receive individual attention.

 Private Tuition & Therapeutic Yoga £40 per session

Private Yoga tuition is individually tailored to your own specific needs, this can be ideal if you are completely new to Yoga and are worried about joining a class for the first time, a 1:1 session can help to put your mind at ease. Or you may feel that you want to advance your Yoga practice and that a class isn't covering what you want to learn, in a private session you can decide what you would like to learn.


Therapeutic Yoga sessions are very useful and advisable if you have an injury or any physical conditions that make it unable for you to join a regular class. I can adjust and modify the Yoga practice to fit your requirements as you will have my individual attention.
I can also advise on certain Yoga postures that may help alleviate certain conditions such as sciatica or back pain. 
I have studied Yoga therapy techniques with The Yoga Biomedical Trust in London.

Thai Yoga Massage £45 per 1hr 30 minute session

Traditional Thai massage is sometimes referred to as Thai Yoga massage, due to it's relationship and similarities to Hatha Yoga postures.
Thai massage is an interactive manipulative bodywork therapy which uses passive stretches, gentle palm and thumb pressure which work along the energy lines of the body. 
It is performed fully clothed and on a futon style mattress, it is a bit like doing a Yoga session without putting forth any effort and receiving an acupressure treatment at the same time. It is applied in a meditative atmosphere and in a flowing rhythm which enables the mind to relax and enter a deep relaxation.
Thai massage can help to lower stress, increase flexibility, balance the body's energy system and relieve muscular and joint tension.
